Nov 20, 2023

"A moment we'll never forget."

Olly Murs has shared some clips from his wedding to Amelia Tank that took place last month.

The 39-year-old singer and the 31-year-old bodybuilder tied the knot in a ceremony in Essex, with the three-day celebration kicking off on July 14.

The couple welcomed their friends and family on the Friday for a barbecue, before having the main ceremony on the Saturday, which is what Olly shared a series of short clips from in an Instagram video.

"Think this video says it all. Thanks to everyone involved in our special weekend, a moment we'll never forget," he wrote alongside the video, which showed the couple walking down the aisle, driving off after the ceremony and having their first dance together.

Speaking to Hello, Olly said: "I was on the brink of crying at any moment. When my nephews walked down the aisle, I was gone, then when Amelia came in – oh my God! My mum said she hasn't seen me cry like that since I was four years old!"

The newlyweds also revealed that they had their first dance to Glenn Medeiros' 'Nothing's Gonna Change My Love For You', which Amelia said was "the song we fell in love to."

The third day of the couple's celebrations included a mini-music festival called Murs Fest with multiple performers, including Craig David and Murs himself.

"I was talking to my granny and grandad and suddenly I could hear Craig on the mic. It was an unbelievable surprise," Amelia said.

"One of the songs I sang at Murs Fest was Coldplay's 'Adventure of a Lifetime' because I feel like I'm on the adventure of a lifetime with the best person and I love her so much," Olly added.

The pair also explained that they won't be jetting off on their honeymoon until 2024.
