CONCORD, N.C. -- The 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs kick off at Darlington Raceway on Sunday, Sept. 3. The elimination-style postseason will see 16 drivers battle for the championship. On the Hendrick Motorsports side of things, William Byron and Kyle Larson are in the mix for the driver championship, while the Nos. 5, 9 and 24 teams are competing for the owner championship. Byron earned the latest victory with his triumph in the May 2023 race, which was also the 100th win for the No. 24 car.
